DealFlow: Brand Deal Inbox App

Problem. Content creators get brand deal pitches buried in their inbox, with no easy way to tell which ones are real or which are worth their time.

Solution. Built a full web app that connects to a creator’s Gmail, finds the brand deals, scores each one for fit and legitimacy, and keeps every deal in one dashboard.

Problem. A content creator with ADHD had hundreds of unread brand deal emails causing missed opportunities and constant anxiety.

Solution. Built a system that reads her Gmail inbox every day, uses Claude to evaluate and score each brand deal for fit, and sends a weekly digest with ranked recommendations, plus a live dashboard she can check anytime.

Result. Her inbox is fully organized now, and she hasn’t missed a brand deal since it went live.

About

Where I come from.

I work in a coal mine in Indiana. That’s my day job, and it’s where most of my hours go.

Before that, I worked in military medical logistics, keeping supplies, people, and paperwork moving on schedule, with no room for something falling through the cracks. That’s where I started thinking in systems instead of tasks.

Nobody handed me a computer science degree. I learned to build because something in my life needed fixing and nobody else was going to fix it for me. Every project since has been the same instinct: find the thing that’s broken, and build the thing that fixes it.

Most of my clients are business owners who figured this kind of help was only for companies with a budget and a building full of engineers. It isn’t. If something in your business is costing you hours every week, I can probably build the fix, and hand it to you working.
